Your experience of your life is a collaboration between the world, your mind and your body. The fulcrum of this collaboration is your body. It is by nourishing and loving your body that you can most easily harmonise this collaboration. These monthly courses will allow you to simultaneously restore and rejuvenate your body, mind and life. Through simple, gentle movements you will learn how to nourish, heal and rejuvenate your body: engaging meeting and releasing its habits, scars and wounds. Your mind will readily respond. Tensions will release, resistance will dissolve, old habits of action and perception, of thought and behaviour will spontaneously fade. You will return to a richer, safer, more inspiring world.
