Time and circumstance have left us out of touch with this intelligence. Lost in habits established by the mind, we are no longer guided by the wisdom of our bodies. Somatic Yoga & Resilience practice uses movement to regain a fluid connection between mind and body. They gradually open pathways of wholeness through which natural intelligence can flow freely again. These pathways open by way of sensitivity to the sensations through which the wisdom of the body speaks. As they stabilise the body returns to its inherent integrity.
