love

 is the very essence of what you are, 
​is ​the heart of where peace expresses itself and where your uniqueness is unquestionable.
​from where the impulses to give, to be curious and to be kind arise freely.
in love lives a simultaneous
 fluctuation of infolding and unfolding (in to you and out to others),
releasing vibrant waves in search of other waves, without demand to be found or to find.


in the expansion of domination, consumerism and idealisation,
in the need to push for improvement and empowerment we have forgotten the pathways into love,
​we’ve mostly lost the ability to hear and to live from this deep wisdom that resides within us. 

i'd like to remind you from the wisdom of my body to yours
that the pathways of love are always open and to show you how easily they can be entered again

movement: Yoga & Resilience ​

Each and every body is a vortex of natural intelligence. An intelligence that speaks to you continuously, telling you when you need to eat, to sleep, to rest, to engage, to play and even to love.
Time and circumstance have left us out of touch with this intelligence. Lost in habits established by the mind, we are no longer guided by the wisdom of our bodies.
Somatic Yoga & Resilience practice uses movement to regain a fluid connection between mind and body. They gradually open pathways of wholeness through which natural intelligence can flow freely again. These pathways open by way of sensitivity to the sensations through which the wisdom of the body speaks. As they stabilise the body returns to its inherent integrity.

​Yoga is an ancient, pre-patriarchal practice. One that does not easily fit into the patriarchal demand for never ending improvement. I offer yoga to you as an invitation to love. To accept yourself, just as you are, so that your negative habits will loosen and your knots unfold into the Love that you most deeply are. This does not require any special ability, skill, knowledge or experience. Only a willingness to engage with yourself as deeply and as fully as possible.

​Resilience training is a refinement of traditional yoga practice, using more simple and accessible shapes and movements. They allow awareness to flow equally inwards, towards the Invulnerability of your Spiritual Heart, and outwards, into a direct, concrete connection to the world. This allows your inner strength to fertilise your external relationships without any need to deny your natural vulnerabilities.

Yoga & resilience trainings are a hugely supportive foundation for somatic meditation. ​

stillness: Somatic Meditation & Pranayama (intimacy with the breath)

Perhaps now, more than ever, sitting in stillness is a necessity rather than a luxury. The accelerated pace of modern life leaves us little time to digest its slings, arrows and triumphs. Only too often we are left burned out and run down into an involuntary stillness of exhaustion and illness.

Free from the need to censor or control your thoughts, Somatic Meditation allows your mind to relax and let go into the stability and stillness of your body. As your mind learns to let go into the  wisdom of your body, it becomes available to the intelligence of your mind. This allows a more integrated experience of life within which harmony between mind and body permit a deeper, more wholesome connection to others and the world.

Through very safe, simple practices that simultaneously quieten your mind, Pranayama Breathwork develops biomechanical vitality and structural integrity, deepening your somatic resilience and your ability to live with courage, empathy and compassion.
