1. Have a look at the moon each night (or just the moon light, if that is all that is available to you).
2. Whenever you remember to, feel your pelvis. Feel any sensations that reveal the presence of your pelvis. Invite* your pelvic floor to relax.
If you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome sensations- ask your pelvis (or the particular area within that is expressing those), What do you need? And if you get an answer that you can't respond directly to- acknowledge that (and let your pelvis know it has been heard). And if you can respond to that need- do.

*An invitation is always that - meaning whatever is being invited might not happen- but a intimate connection will be happening regardless.
