September 8th - September 17th

Join us on a transformative journey of embodiment, cultivating confidence, safety, and intuition through movement, stillness, and connection within community.

Foundation courseIntroduction
00:00 / 02:41

The Foundation Course is the first step on the path of embodiment, one that gently guides you into inhabiting yourself more fully. You’ll begin to understand what it means to live with inner integrity, to reconnect with your capacity to feel, and to awaken your intimacy with the intelligence of your body. This course is about cultivating the art of living from your body , where movement, feeling, and knowing become one and it begins here.

You’ll be guided through movements that awaken your body’s natural integrity, learning how each part (of your body) supports the others. As you move, you’ll feel more grounded, fluid, whole, and more comfortable in your skin.

Beginning September 8th  |  ONLINE

12 classes:

- 9  embodiment sessions
- 3  deep listening circles
- 6  additional pre recorded classes

An invitation to open the doors to your embodied wisdom

What to expect:

This course invites you into the extraordinary intelligence of your body, not as something to master, but as something to feel, follow, and trust. - Learn to feel how your body moves as a whole Through intentional movement, you’ll awaken awareness in every part, discovering how one area influences another. - Unwind long-held patterns Habits shaped by posture, tension, inherited patterns, and life experience begin to gently release. - Restore confidence and clarity As your body uncovers its integrity, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, centred, and at ease in yourself. - Remember the body’s language You’ll relearn how to feel, respond, and be in honest conversation with your body. - Let the mind settle naturally With less effort and more connection, your thoughts quieten - making space for clarity, trust, and intuition. - Use simple, deep practices These movements aren’t complex, but they are powerful - designed to rebuild integrity and fluidity throughout your being. - Classes + workshops Classes guide you through foundational movement sequences. - Workshops offer time to explore, ask questions, and understand why the movements matter. - Ongoing access You’ll get recordings and bonus sessions to continue at your own rhythm after the course ends. - Optional deep listening sessions Honest, nourishing space to speak and be heard - because embodiment includes how we relate, not just how we move.

Who is this for?

This course is for those who feel ready to live from a new perspective, one that begins in the body. It’s also for those who have been walking the path of healing, self discovery, and inner work for some time. You’ve studied. You’ve practiced. You may even be guiding others - as a teacher, facilitator, therapist, healer, coach, creative, mentor, somatic practitioner, bodyworker, yoga teacher, birth worker, ceremony or circle guide, intuitive, or space holder. But somewhere in your system, it still doesn’t fully land. You want to feel more steady in what you know. To live your wisdom, not just speak it. To move through your days with more trust, more ease, and more clarity. This is for you if you long to live from your intuition. To feel guided from within, rather than reaching outside for answers. It’s for those who want to be nourished by their offerings to the world, not drained by them. For those who are done with striving and ready to experience more quiet, more connection, more depth. It’s for those who know they don’t need to be fixed but want to feel whole - in how they move, relate, speak, and rest. Whether you’ve walked this path for years or are just beginning to listen from within, if something in you feels ready to know and live from the richness of your depth, this is the place to begin.

Deep listening

Being in connection with others is not just essential for survival, it's part of what makes life rich and meaningful. Many of us have been conditioned to live outside of real community, often without even realising it. In this course, we include the practice of Deep Listening, a nourishing way to connect with yourself and others, to attune to what is present beneath the surface, and to strengthen the relational field that supports embodiment. Deep Listening reminds us that connection is not something we do, it’s something we allow.

Sunday 28th May:  18:00 - 19:15 BST

You will have access to the recordings for 8 weeks.

No need to attend live if you can't. Each session is recorded, so you can explore the practices in your own time.

  • What will the Embodiment Sessions involve?
Each session will begin with Olivia guiding you through breathwork, then into movement, and will conclude with a guided relaxation (Savasana). Afterward, Olivia will close the Zoom session, allowing you to transition out of relaxation at your own pace.
  • What is Deep Listening?
Deep Listening is the practice of deeply hearing another, awakening their innate intelligence by reflecting back what they’ve shared—and allowing them to do the same for you. In the sessions you will receive a brief overview of what to do and then be invited into a breakout room with two others. In this space, you’ll have the opportunity to share and be heard, creating a simple yet profound connection that fosters understanding and authentic communication. These sessions are not recorded and you don't have to attend them.
  • What do you need?
A yoga mat for practice. A flat cushion, or neatly folded blanket (that you may use for support in the practice). A blanket or shall to cover yourself with for the relaxation. Comfortable clothes for moving in.
  • Will all the sessions be recorded?
The Embodiment and Workshop sessions will be recorded, allowing you to participate either live or by the recording in your own time. Each recording will be available for 3 months. Deep Listening sessions, however, are not recorded, as they involve personal sharing.
  • What will you see when online live or in the recording?
Olivia will be on the screen when introducing the practice. Laura Muskan (a seasoned resilience practitioner and teacher) will be demonstrating the movements, whilst Olivia instructs.
  • Do you have to have your camera on?
No you don't, however if you do (and your whole body can be seen), you will have more support from Olivia as she will be able to give specific guidance from what she sees.
  • Will there be any theory work on these courses?
    No, everything is practical.
  • Extra support?
Olivia will be available, by email, throughout all courses. To give any extra personal support with the practice if/when needed. This support is available to you if you attend live or by recording.

Facilitated by  Olivia Crooks

Olivia has taught embodiment for over two decades, in which she has given over ten thousand hours of teaching.

What she has to say about her approach:

"Crossing the 10,000-hour threshold made me a yoga elder some years ago, through years of

teaching classes, intensives, retreats and teacher trainings. Yet even with that background,

each class I give is still a new experience for me, shaped by the people present and by what

unfolds between us, whether online or in person.Being an embodiment guide is, for me, about

guiding people into a more enriched relationship with their body’s intelligence, awakening

their capacity to listen, trust, feel, and live from their innate wisdom"
