Service Description

The mind can be a powerful force, spinning stories, second-guessing decisions, trying to control outcomes, and pulling you away from what is actually happening in the moment. Left unchecked, this can lead to stress, exhaustion, disconnection, confusion, and a deep sense of disembodiment. This course invites a gentle reorientation: from thinking into feeling. As you begin to navigate your inner world through the intelligence of your body, the mind softens. It becomes less of a controller and more of a companion, free to be curious, creative, and even playful. Over the first three weeks, you’ll be guided into this experience through movement and breathwork. In the fourth week, we move into deep listening and reflection—exploring the nature of the mind and deepening your intimacy with your body through Yoga Nidra.
