Day 1 - 4

Part 1: COMING HOME TO YOUR BODY
Learn to inhabit every part of yourself by awakening and opening the body through refined movement.

Guided movement sessions to bring you deeply into your body, gently reawakening intimacy, part by part.
- A workshop, breaking down the “why” behind the movements. Gain clarity and refine your experience through guidance and exploration.
Day 5 - 7

Part 2: LISTENING TO THE BODY'S INTELLIGENCE
Begin the conversation with your body, first by listening, then by responding.

Movement practices to awaken the innate intelligence of your body and begin moving with it, not just through it.
