Karen has been a walking and cold water swimming guide since becoming deeply revitalised by the healing benefits the practices have given her.
She regularly walks and swims at all times of the year- knowing how good her mind, heart and body feel for that quiet time immersed in nature. She also has a great passion for challenges and supporting charities through them. She will guide us on walks and the (optional) daily, cold water immersion. |
Ishtar has been interested in food, nutrition, and well-being her whole adult life. Having lived her first years in a yoga ashram in Mexico (her father being a yoga teacher), her deep roots to spirituality and well-being began young.
Being navigated from her heart and from her body she takes the time to ask the questions: how best can food serve our bodies? and what, as women do we need most to serve our cycling rhythms monthly and within our life time? She will join us to provide nourishing and enriching meals. |
