Knowing, responding and honouring your boundaries Your body gives clear signals when it reaches its limits. But many of us, conditioned from childhood to ignore those signals, have spent years overriding them. Over these weeks, you’ll reconnect with how to listen to your body’s “yes” and “no.” You’ll learn to recognise when you’ve crossed a limit and how to respond. From this embodied understanding, pathways to recognise, meet, and honour your boundaries will open, enriching your relationship with yourself and others. For the first three weeks, this will be uncovered through movement and breathwork. In the fourth week, we’ll dive deeper into your relationship with limits and boundaries through deep listening, before settling into this awareness with Yoga Nidra.
