Each month you’ll be guided through a rhythm of breathing practices, movement, stillness, deep rest, and deep listening, all attuned to the cyclical rhythm of the moon. These courses invite you to explore how your relationship with life can be shaped less by the mind, and more through the wisdom of the body. Each theme shines light on a different aspect of being human, from boundaries to creativity, courage to intuition, all explored through embodied experience.

Each course runs for 4 weeks | Taught live online
Week 1 - 3:
Movement and breath-work practice
Across weeks one to three, we’ll meet weekly for a 75-minute session. Guided by the course theme, you’ll be led into a breathing practice, followed by embodied movement, and closing in deep rest.
Each Wednesday 10:15 - 11:30 BST
Week 4:
Deep listening circle & Deep rest practice
In the final week, following the rhythm of the new moon, we’ll gather in a deep listening circle. This will be followed by an extended guided rest, held within the theme of the month. The closing rest will be recorded, so you can return to it in your own time.
Tuesday 18:00 - 19:30 BST
You’ll have access to all class recordings for three weeks, so you can engage with the practices in your own time - live attendance isn’t required.
(Please note: the Deep Listening session from 18:00–19:00 is interactive and won’t be recorded.)
You’re also welcome to join partway through a course. You’ll receive access to all previous recordings for three weeks, and can continue attending any remaining live sessions included in your enrolment.

Cycles
These monthly courses move in rhythm with the moon.
No matter your gender identity, you are a cyclical being, living on and with a cyclical Earth. Practicing in tune with these natural rhythms can enhance your connection to the cycles within and around you. As you soften into the many ebbs and flows, your whole life can be invited to move through you with more ease and less resistance (to change).
Each course begins in the waxing moon phase and flows through the full and waning moons. During the week of the new moon, there is no movement class. Instead, we gather in a deep listening circle, followed by a guided deep stillness to invite a nourishing, rejuvenating rest.
And if your body longs for movement that week, you’ll still have access to the previous week’s recording to return to whenever you wish.

What will the Embodiment Sessions involve?In each session Olivia will guide you either in a movement practice or a movement practice with an exploration (where she invite's you into understanding more deeply what you are being asked to do) all will always conclude with a guided relaxation (Savasana). Afterward, Olivia will close the Zoom session, allowing you to transition out of relaxation at your own pace.

What is Deep Listening?Deep Listening is the practice of deeply hearing another, awakening their innate intelligence by reflecting back what they’ve shared—and allowing them to do the same for you. In the sessions you will receive a brief overview of what to do and then be invited into a breakout room with two others. In this space, you’ll have the opportunity to share and be heard, creating a simple yet profound connection that fosters understanding and authentic communication. These sessions are not recorded and you don't have to attend them.

What do you need?A yoga mat for practice. A flat cushion, or neatly folded blanket (that you may use for support in the practice). A blanket or shall to cover yourself with for the relaxation. Comfortable clothes for moving in.

Will all the sessions be recorded?The Embodiment and Workshop sessions will be recorded, allowing you to participate either live or by the recording in your own time. Each recording will be available for 3 months. Deep Listening sessions, however, are not recorded, as they involve personal sharing.

What will you see when online live or in the recording?Olivia will be on the screen when introducing the practice. Laura Muskan (a seasoned resilience practitioner and teacher) will be demonstrating the movements, whilst Olivia instructs.

Do you have to have your camera on?No you don't, however if you do (and your whole body can be seen), you will have more support from Olivia as she will be able to give specific guidance from what she sees.

Will there be any theory work on these courses?No, everything is practical.

Extra support?Olivia will be available, by email, throughout all courses. To give any extra personal support with the practice if/when needed. This support is available to you if you attend live or by recording.
