Somatic Awareness Training is an invitation to know and be yourself more deeply. In the courses you will be invited to experience the deep connection between your mind, your body and your life. Through breathing practices, meditation and yoga you will be able to connect with the deep strength and profound wisdom within you, whilst being nourished and re-energised. This will then allow you to engage with your life and the world with more resilience, courage and compassion. All courses are open to anyone, regardless of age, ability, experience or beliefs. They are especially beneficial for anyone experiencing stress, isolation or any kind of disconnect from others and the world.
